Happy Valley Group and Zhejiang Nanfang Cultural and Tourism Technology Co., LTD held the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation framework Agreement in OCT Group On April 20th. Li Kehui, Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Happy Valley Group, Chen Jiansheng, president and general manager of Nanfang Cultural and Tourism, management teams of both sides and heads of relevant departments attended the signing ceremony. He Xiaole, deputy general manager of Happy Valley Group, Pan Shandong, executive deputy general manager of Nanfang Cultural and Tourism, signed the contract as representatives of both parties. According to the agreement, the parties shall adhere to cooperative principle of equality and reciprocity, mutual benefit and win-win, resource sharing, complementary advantages , in strategic communication, product innovation, establish industry new development platform, high quality resources integration, capital market cooperation, etc, to promote the theme park and high-end cultural and tourism equipment industry development, carry out the high quality development. We will further activate the cultural and tourism consumption market, optimize the supply of cultural and tourism products, and promote the integrated development of the industry.

Li Kehui extended a warm welcome to the Nanfang Cultural and Tourism delegation, pointing out that the cooperation between the two parties has a solid foundation and broad prospects, and China will become the world's largest theme park market in the future. The fifth plenary session of the party's 19th Put forward higher quality development requirements to cultural and tourism integration , in the national speed up the "dual circulation" under the background of new development pattern, under the situation that the industry boundary increasingly blending, cross-border cooperation more frequent, especially experienced the baptism of the epidemic in 2020,both parties are more determined pace, development objectives more clear, more condensed development consensus. It is hoped that both parties will jointly deepen the harmonious and win-win strategic cooperative relationship, promote in-depth cooperation in theme park product research and development, talent exchange, cultural and tourism integration and other sectors, achieve high-quality development of both parties, jointly create a model cooperation in supply-side reform, and make new and greater contributions to the innovative development of China's theme park industry.

Chen jiansheng expresses sincere appreciation to happy valley group for the support and trust, points out that Nanfang Cultural and Tourism is to seize the capital market reform opportunity "window period", to speed up the IPO, more invest to the construction of the institutes of large intelligence amusement facilities, to build artificial intelligence production base project of high-end cultural and tourism equipment, focus on three major tasks: First, based on the market positioning and the demand of the cultural and tourism industry, introduce new technology to upgrade the existing equipment; Second, dig deep into the cultural theme content, develop high-end theme amusement facilities integrated with IP content according to regional story characteristics; Third, develop and apply digital technology and AGV intelligent technology to create interactive experience projects.
